Shipping policy
1. Shipping Methods & Fees
We ship via Kerry Express and Thailand Post EMS. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on package size and destination. Orders over ฿750 qualify for free domestic shipping.
2. Processing Time
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of stock being available. Pre-order items are dispatched within 3 business days of arriving at our warehouse (see Pre-Orders section below).
3. Expected Delivery Timeframe
- Bangkok and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days after dispatch
- Other provinces: 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and may vary due to factors outside our control.
4. Delayed Delivery
If your order has not arrived within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@lumera.co.th. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the shipment cannot be located, arrange a replacement or full refund.
5. Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to lock in an order at a discounted price for products we have ordered but have not yet been imported to Thailand. We open pre-orders when our estimated stock availability is within 8 weeks.
The maximum processing and delivery time for pre-order items is 2 months from the date of order. In the event a pre-order takes longer than expected, we reserve the right to cancel orders automatically and issue a full refund, or contact you to confirm whether you would like the pre-order to remain open until stock arrives.
If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order within the 2-month period and you do not wish to wait, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. See also our Refund Policy and Terms of Service for further details.
